Charters & Cruises - RI Statewide

The phrase “take a cruise” can open up any number of mental images, so here is your preview of a boat cruise from Rhode Island. Start with departure from a modest-sized dock in a modest-sized harbor, maybe with fishing boats bustling in and out. After boarding, several adventures could unfold. You may take a dreamy trip along a shoreline, Sightseeing - enjoying views of seals sunning on rocks, proud old lighthouses, distant mansions above an upsweeping lawn, cunning little coves, lots of sea birds.

A cruise or chartered boat trip out into open water could include deep sea fishing, whale watching, a stop for hiking or even a clam bake on a path-laced island. Most boat cruises and charters are a few hours, but overnight experiences also may be offered. Any type – shoreline or deep sea -- of cruise or chartered boat trip could include beverages or meals, a slow-down to take in the sunset, or lots of good old tales of pirates and shipwrecks from your yarn-spinning captain. A cruise or chartered boat trip is great fun and a New England vacation highlight for couples, friend groups, kids, family reunions or other celebrations. Charter a trip and have the whole boat to yourself or just step onto a ticketed and scheduled public sail. A cruise or charter trip is your moment to meet the sea, up close.
